Symptoms & Causes:
Bicep injuries are often the result of tears and strains to the muscle itself, nerve, ligament, or tendon damage.
For this application you will need:
- 1 strip, A partner
Here are your simple steps to apply.
- With a partner, bring your arm straight out, perpendicular to your body. Anchor StrengthTape slightly above the elbow, on the inside. Lead tape up towards the shoulder with a 100% stretch, back it off halfway, and halfway again equaling 25%.
- Avoid touching the adhesive, run the finger up the tape, and finish by stripping the remaining wrapping and applying the end with zero tension.
- Rub the entire application with your hand or some of the backer paper to create heat so the adhesive will stick much better to the skin.
