Symptoms & Causes:
Bicep injuries are often the result of tears and strains to the muscle itself, nerve, ligament, or tendon damage.

For this application you will need:

  • 1 strip, A partner

Here are your simple steps to apply.

  1. With a partner, bring your arm straight out, perpendicular to your body. Anchor StrengthTape slightly above the elbow, on the inside. Lead tape up towards the shoulder with a 100% stretch, back it off halfway, and halfway again equaling 25%.
  2. Avoid touching the adhesive, run the finger up the tape, and finish by stripping the remaining wrapping and applying the end with zero tension.
  3. Rub the entire application with your hand or some of the backer paper to create heat so the adhesive will stick much better to the skin.
