Symptoms & Causes:
Elbow discomfort and injuries are often caused by overuse or trauma. This may be caused by overuse or trauma.

For this application you will need:

  • 2 precut strips of StrengthTape
  • 1 Partner

Here are your simple steps to apply.

  1. While seated, hold the elbow at a 90 degree angle.
  2. Using the first strip, Tear the ‘Champion’ end of the tape and stretch it to remove the paper. This end will be used to create an anchor. Avoid touching the adhesive side of the tape.
  3. Begin removing the backing paper, but leave a little bit at the end. Place the anchor on the bottom side of the forearm and follow it done the outside of the point on the elbow with 50% stretch. End on the back of the arm.
  4. Finish the last part off with 0% stretch.
  5. Using the second strip, Tear the ‘Champion’ end of the tape and stretch it to remove the paper. This end will be used to create an anchor. Avoid touching the adhesive side of the tape.
  6. Mirror the first strip on the inside part of the elbow. Begin removing the backing paper, but leave a little bit at the end.
  7. Place the anchor on the bottom side of the forearm, try to place some of the anchor on the skin and follow it done the inside of the point on the elbow with 50% stretch. End on the back of the arm.
  8. Finish the last part off with 0% stretch.

Rub the entire application with your hand or some of the backer paper to create heat so the adhesive will stick much better to the skin.
